Dive Bookings and Payment

• Tours are paid in full at time of booking.
• Dive certification card must be shown on the day, NO CARD, NO DIVING.
• If you do not have a diving card, you the customer, must inform Pilbara Dive and Tours prior to your tour so that you can be checked online (Padi Divers only). No checks can be done on the day.
• Pilbara Dive and Tours will select tour and/or dive sites on the day, dependent on tides and weather, to ensure you experience the best the archipelago has to offer.
• Cancellations made by Pilbara Dive and Tours due to weather or other circumstances out of their control, your tour in the first instance will be rescheduled, subject to availability, or a refund issued.
• Minimum numbers apply for all tours and if your booking is cancelled for this reason, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability, or a refund issued.
• Any equipment you the customer hire, use or borrow is your responsibility and you are financially liable for any loss or damage. You the customer authorise Pilbara Dive and Tours to charge your credit card to cover any loss or damages to equipment hired, used or borrowed.
• Booking fees and card surcharges will be included in the total payment amount.
• Once you’ve boarded the boat, no refunds are given.
• “No Shows” are not entitled to rescheduling options or a refund.

Medical conditions and assumption of risk

• All divers will be required to complete a medical questionnaire when booking your tour. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is 100% correct. Depending on responses provided, you may require a medical clearance from a Doctor that specialises in diving medicals prior to diving with Pilbara Dive and Tours.

  **Please note – Dive medicals are not available in Karratha

• You acknowledge that you are participating in a type of adventure tour / dive activity and there are inherent dangers and risks involved.

Liability

• Pilbara Dive and Tours and its employees accept no liability in the event of damages to equipment, personal loss, injury or sea sickness of passengers.

Marketing – photos and videos

• All photos and video taken by Pilbara Dive and Tours remain the property of Pilbara Dive and Tours. By making full payment and attending the tour you consent to material being used in marketing and promotion of Pilbara Dive and Tours.

Cancellation Policy

• Payment in full for all tours is required at time of booking. If you cancel your tour more than 14 days from departure, 20% of the tour value is retained to cover administration costs.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days from departure.
• Booking “No Shows” are not entitled to rescheduling options or a refund.
• Tours may be rescheduled at any time up to 14 days from departure, subject to availability and at the discretion of management. More than one reschedule will not be permitted.
