MASTER SCUBA DIVER COURSE
The PADI Master Scuba Diver rating is the highest recreational diving level and is often referred to as the “Black Belt” of scuba diving.
On the journey to becoming a Master Scuba Diver, divers will sharpen skills through specialised courses, which cover various aspects of diving such as underwater navigation, deep diving, night diving, wreck diving and more. Additionally, the PADI Rescue Diver course is a key component, teaching divers to manage diving emergencies and perform rescues, thus enhancing their confidence and competence both underwater and on land.
Specialty courses offer more than just specific skills—they provide valuable time with experienced PADI Instructors. This additional training time not only enhances your technical diving skills but also develops a more comprehensive understanding of safe and enjoyable diving practices.
Attaining the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating not only reflects a high level of skill and knowledge but also opens up further opportunities for exploration and adventure in the underwater world.
To attain the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating, a diver must:
1. Be a PADI Open Water Diver (or have a qualifying certification from another training organization).
2. Be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or have a qualifying certification).
3. Be a PADI Rescue Diver (or have a qualifying certification).
4. Have completed five PADI Specialty Diver courses.
5. Have logged a minimum of 50 dives.
